MY CONTRIBUTIONS
Key Responsibilities
01
📝  Understand developers and the tech stack
My role at Anyscale involved in-depth user research, where I actively listened to customer calls and analyzed Slack messages to identify and understand their pain points. This direct feedback was crucial in guiding my design decisions, ensuring that our solutions were closely aligned with real customer needs.
02
🍁 Exploring multiple design solutions
I brainstormed various solutions, developed high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, and actively sought feedback from senior designers. This approach allowed early identification of edge cases and ensured effective refined, effective design outcomes for our products.
03
⚡️ Synergistic collaboration
I also fostered effective collaboration across sales, product management and engineering. This synergy enabled me to integrate first hand customer insights with the practicalities of business and technical requirements, ensuring that my designs were comprehensive, practical and user-focused.
04
🎯 Design validation
I used to consult with our engineering team to ensure technical soundness for minor design decisions. For more significant design choices, I presented my designs in customer calls to get their perspective and iterate accordingly. This process also helped in the development of well-rounded and user-centric design solutions.
